Art has always been next to psychology. Today we are finally coming to grips with this challenge: work with emotions. We need this for healthy communication. The thing is that my search for meaning has led me to the need to create meanings. I really like it, and I don’t think that just because of “me doing it”. When I do realism, there is always an element of some dissatisfaction because of the “similar/dissimilar” mechanism; and if I work abstractly, it touches deeper layers inside me. What do I want when working abstractly?
As for conscientiousness and awareness… Conscientiousness is about our past achievements: secure job, family, fulfilling plans…Conscientiousness is a (rather dated) attribute of citizenship, for this society is no longer there. The avant-garde already lives differently. With awareness. And this is not even the “cult of personification in self-identification”, which we experienced not long ago. Self-development is fading into background, and healthy communication is coming to the fore. Through communication we are ready and able to help each other. Here’s my research into the future.

El arte siempre ha estado al lado de la psicología. Hoy por fin nos enfrentamos a este reto: trabajar con las emociones. Lo necesitamos para una comunicación sana. El caso es que mi búsqueda de significados me ha llevado a la necesidad de crear significados. Me gusta mucho, y no creo que sólo por «hacerlo yo». Cuando hago realismo, siempre hay un elemento de cierta insatisfacción debido al mecanismo «similar/disimilar»; y si trabajo de forma abstracta, toca capas más profundas dentro de mí. ¿Qué quiero cuando trabajo en abstracto? En cuanto a la conciencia y el conocimiento... La concienciación tiene que ver con nuestros logros pasados: trabajo seguro, familia, planes cumplidos... La concienciación es un atributo (bastante anticuado) de la ciudadanía, porque esta sociedad ya no existe. La vanguardia ya vive de otra manera. Con conciencia. Y ni siquiera se trata del «culto a la personificación en la autoidentificación», que vivimos no hace mucho. El autodesarrollo se desvanece en un segundo plano y la comunicación sana pasa a primer plano. A través de la comunicación estamos preparados y somos capaces de ayudarnos mutuamente. He aquí mi investigación sobre el futuro.
